Eve and Guillermo Denayer founded Doinel Education while Eve was an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge. By graduation they had logged more than a thousand hours of one-to-one teaching between them, working with applicants for top universities in the UK.
Eve graduates from Cambridge with First-Class Honours and is awarded the Samuel Taylor Scholarship. Doinel begins working with students applying to leading universities across mainland Europe.
Following her MA in Epidemiology at Harvard, Eve is appointed Harvard Teaching Fellow. Doinel expands its scope again, this time to students preparing for the Ivy League and top US institutions.
Doinel opens its first office in mainland China, in Shenzhen, followed by Shanghai in 2026. We work directly with schools, training centres, and agencies, delivering study-abroad preparation.
Doinel Education was founded by Eve and Guillermo with a shared vision to build a stronger, more reliable bridge between China and Europe through education. Combining deep academic expertise with hands-on international experience, they created Doinel to raise the standard of how cross-border education and training programmes are designed, delivered, and experienced.
Guillermo studied Physics and Philosophy at the University of Bristol, then completed a master's degree in the Netherlands, giving him firsthand experience of higher education across mainland Europe. With over seven years of teaching experience of his own, he now leads Doinel's operations and processes that let Doinel Education deliver reliably across China and Europe.
Their complementary backgrounds bring together strategic leadership, academic excellence, and operational execution. Together, they lead Doinel Education with a long-term perspective, focused on quality, transparency, and sustainable relationships.
